If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, or if it arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange or refund. For items damaged due to our fault, we provide free return postage. Once we receive and inspect the item, we can either replace it or refund the cost of the product and the original postage.
